Dr. Aikaterini Ntemka is Veterinarian holding a PhD from the School of Veterinary Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She is Researcher at the Veterinary Research Institute, Hellenic Agricultural Organization - DEMETER, with the following research specialization: “Reproductive physiology and sperm technology of farm animals”. Her research interests are related to the physiology and pathology of reproduction, assisted reproduction, artificial insemination and ultrasound examination of the reproductive system of farm animals. She has authored 12 scientific publications in peer-reviewed international journals and 22 abstracts in scientific conferences proceedings. She is reviewer in 6 peer-reviewed international journals. She has received 3 scholarships for research, as well as 2 awards/distinctions for her research work. Besides, she has clinical expertise in small ruminant reproduction management.
